Full paper-trim collection, shredding and baling system consisting of three Balemaster horizontal automatic wire-tie balers, a 2023 Vecoplan VAZ 1100 XL XB shredder, hopper-loading equipment and a comprehensive pneumatic material-handling system.
The system includes two cyclones, a multi-bag dust-collection baghouse, pusher motors, material-handling blowers and an extensive trim-pipe network for collecting and transporting paper waste through the system. Each Balemaster baler features hydraulic compression, automatic wire tying, touchscreen operator controls and a dedicated electrical control cabinet.
Designed for continuous collection, shredding and baling of paper trim, signatures, printed waste and other recyclable paper materials in a high-production printing or paper-converting operation.
