This Diddie VIP 8-unit UV web offset press features a 20.5" web width and interchangeable cylinder capability for flexible, variable-format UV production. Built for direct mail, forms, labels, and specialty commercial applications, the press includes full GEW UV curing on every unit, ensuring high-quality output at production speeds.
The line includes a sheeter capable of 14", 17", 22", and 23" formats with a stacker, a fan-folder for folded output, and a GEC rewinder for roll delivery. The infeed includes a BST web guiding system, and the press is supported by two turn bars for flexible web routing and finishing paths.
Finishing capability includes magnetic perforation cylinders and cross-perf anvil cylinders (14", 17", 22") along with a bindery section for inline processing. The press also features a KTI rollstand, CC1 register control, and Visionary guidance for tight register and multi-web accuracy.
