<!--StartFragment--> <p>This 2001 Muller Martini Alprinta A74 is an 8-unit UV web offset press built for high-quality commercial, direct mail, forms, and specialty packaging applications. With a 29" web width and <strong>variable cutoff capability using 22" and 25.5" inserts</strong>, the press supports a wide range of formats, substrates, and repeat lengths.</p> <p>The line includes a KTI splicer, Muller Martini infeeds with BST web guiding, eight A74 offset print units (non-perfecting), two full sets of variable cutoff print inserts, and a 6-lamp water-cooled IST UV system. Inline production is supported by a bindery unit, plow folding station, multiple magnetic and perforation inserts, hole punching, scoring, and waste removal.</p> <p>The delivery section features a <strong>VITS Multicut servo sheeter with shingle delivery stacker</strong> and a <strong>VITS servo-driven plow folding / quadruple former station</strong>, along with a <strong>GEC TW5050 turret rewinder</strong> rated for 50" rolls.</p> <p>Advanced control systems include a computerized operator console, Tri-Service chiller, AVT/GMI Microcolor II presetting, SnapReg registration control, Neptune 100% print inspection, and an ELSCAN OMS web viewing system.</p> <p>This press is a highly capable UV production system with extensive inline finishing and modern vision/inspection upgrades added between 2012–2013.</p> <!--EndFragment-->
