Inspection is available by appointment only. All equipment is offered as-is, where-is. Buyers are responsible for all dismantling, disconnection, rigging, loading, removal and transportation costs. All removal dates and work must be scheduled and approved in advance. Qualified contractors and appropriate insurance documentation are required.
Equipment will be available for removal beginning November 1, 2026. All equipment must be removed no later than December 15, 2026. Any equipment remaining after this deadline will be considered abandoned.
